The Fall Fly-in is planned for Nov. 2nd.
New Business:
No new business discussed.
Main Discussion:
The Anderson Scholarship is open for next year and we discussed putting forward a candidate again. We voted to put forward some good candidates known to the group.
Our fly-in is planned for November 2nd. Agreed to include chicken bog along with burgers and hot dogs. Doug has most of the materials available for the event.
We have 10 Young Eagles already signed up to fly.
Tech Talk:
Carl brought in pictures from a Hawk engine failure that landed in Whiteville July 4th. the photos showed two holes in the top of the engine case.
We discussed other engine failures, their likelihood, and outcomes.
